Rudolph Rayfield Jr. is a transformational executive and workforce development consultant with more than 20 years of leadership experience across nonprofit, hospitality, and community-based organizations. He is known for building strong teams, strengthening operations, and designing workforce programs that expand opportunity and produce measurable outcomes for participants.

As a Workforce Development Consultant with The ISG Group, Rudolph helps partners develop job readiness and adult training models, strengthen employer partnerships, and align program systems with compliance requirements for publicly funded initiatives. His work supports organizations in creating clear career pathways, improving program quality, and scaling services with equity at the center.​

Rudolph previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Café Reconcile, where he expanded youth workforce training from 120 to more than 1,000 participants annually and helped improve job placement and retention outcomes. He also held COO roles with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, leading multi-site operations, supporting adult education efforts, and advancing financial sustainability during critical recovery periods.
He is also the Founder and Creative Director of Flavor Down South, a cultural media platform that amplifies Southern stories and community voices.
