Lauren Alexis - Strategic Business Partner-Human Resources
Lauren Alexis is the Strategic Business Partner-Human Resources for The ISG group. Ms. Alexis is a leader who is included in conversations about the future, missions, goals and overall strategy of ISG Group. She Focuses on improving HR operating cost in servicing the aligned business area through streamlined and efficient interactions. Ms. Alexis carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with applicable laws and policies, including interviewing and selecting candidates to recommend for employment.
Prior to joining The ISG Group, Ms. Alexis worked as an Administrative Office Manager and Payroll Associate.
Lauren’s passion for being self motivated has lead her to The ISG Group, understanding the business in many different areas to identify problems and meet the company’s goals. Her knowledge in HR will bring culture and inclusion, payroll, workforce strategy and planning, workforce analytics, organizational effectiveness, employment branding and recruiting, training, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and crew relations and compliance.
Lauren was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She received her Human Resources Management degree from Ashford University. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, attending sports events and crafting.
